From Enquiry To Enrolment
Entry to Form 1 considers Grade 7 results or the latest Grade 7 school 2nd term report. Lower 6th entry considers O-level results in the subjects to be pursued
How to apply online
We have streamlined our admissions into a simple, paperless process.
1. Online Application
Choose the form you are applying for and the examination body you want to write at Futures Academy, ZIMSEC or Cambridge, and give a phone number and an email address. Your school number, for example FA26-0001, is issued when you submit. Keep it: you use it to track your application.
2. Document Upload
Take clear photos or scans of an identity document (birth certificate, national ID or passport), your results or latest school report (Grade 7 results for Form 1, O-Level results for Lower Six) and a passport size photo, and upload them through the application. We read your details from the documents and you check and correct them. If the applicant is under 18, add a parent or guardian's details.
3. Review & Assessment
Your application is checked against the places available and the entry requirements for the form. Applications from another curriculum, home schooled applicants and mature applicants are read by our admissions staff, who decide. You can follow the progress at any time with your school number on the Track application page.
4. Fees & Enrolment
If a place is available you receive an invoice with your school number as the payment reference. A deposit of at least half the fee secures the place, and the balance is due by the day the term opens. Once the payment is confirmed you are placed in your class and your student identification card is issued. Welcome to Futures Academy!
Required Documents
Please have these files ready to upload (PDF, JPG, or PNG) before starting your application.
- Completed secondary application form
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Passport size photo of the applicant (JPEG or PNG, face and shoulders on a plain light background, at least 400 by 500 pixels, up to 2 MB). It is printed on the student's identification card.
- Grade 7 results (Form 1 entry)
- O-Level Results Slip (specifically noted for Lower 6th / A-Level entry)
- Recent report or results for any other forms
